Strategic Synergy: Waybot and Zerith Robotics Partner to Accelerate Commercialization of Humanoid Robots

HEFEI, China — Shanghai Waybot Technology Co., Ltd. (Waybot) and Hefei Zerith Robotics Co., Ltd. (Zerith Robotics) officially signed a strategic partnership in Hefei. Spurred by the rapid industrialization of embodied AI, the two companies are uniting their respective strengths in hardware execution components and full-body humanoid platforms. Their collaboration targets core component integration, joint system debugging, scenario-specific deployments, and the joint development of an industrial robotics ecosystem.

By combining Waybot's force-controller actuator hardware with Zerith's system integration and deployment expertise, both companies aim to establish a closed loop from core component ➡Full-body Integration ➡Industrial Application. Initial pilot tests will target high-precision industrial work cells, paving the way for scalable, mass-produced international humanoid platforms.
